Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims, determining compensability and benefits due
• Develop and coordinate action plans for claims resolution and return-to-work efforts
• Negotiate settlements and ensure proper documentation of claim files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of Workers' Compensation Claims experience or equivalent work and education
• Self-Insured Program (SIP) adjuster license (NV) required
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to meet or exceed service expectations
