Job Summary

Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the full-time Nevada Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service
• Guide the claims team to adhere to company best practices and manage workloads effectively
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed in Nevada and any other states where claims are managed
• Prior supervisory experience of 1-2+ years
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
