Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Refill Auth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patients' medication orders for safety, appropriateness, and interactions, making evidence-based interventions as necessary
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of medications while maintaining secure storage and workflow efficiency
• Provide patient counseling and education, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Active license to practice pharmacy in the state of practice
• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
• Preferred experience in retail, institutional settings, and integrated healthcare delivery systems
