Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN - Remote in PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to assist members with health inquiries and follow-up
• Identify patients with missing measures and work to close gaps through education and appointment setting
• Document calls accurately and maintain knowledge of HEDIS/STARs standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a LVN or LPN
• 3+ years of experience in the health industry or a large complex organization
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must reside in the PST time zone
