Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN - Remote in PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to assist members and evaluate health status
• Answer inbound calls from members and address their inquiries
• Identify patients with missing measures and work to close those measures through education and appointment setting

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a LVN or LPN
• 3+ years of experience in the health industry or a large complex organization
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must reside in the PST (Pacific Time Zone) area
