Nevada Licensed Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage past due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
• Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines while negotiating payment solutions
• Assist in customer service operations and utilize tools for problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience (preferred)
• 6+ months of customer service experience (required)
• Ability to be licensed as a debt collector in Minnesota (required)
• Experience working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems
