Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner NV- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Searches and examines chains of title primarily for commercial land
• Performs title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise
• Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify completeness of records for examinations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years of directly related experience
• Commercial title experience
• Multiple state licenses as required to conduct business in a broad geographic area
• Experience in NV is preferred
