Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance functions for the Nevada health plan, including policy development and submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements
• Act as the senior leadership point of contact for state compliance meetings, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Conduct internal compliance audits and manage compliance oversight for health plan subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development
• 5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
