Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Consumer Eligibility Specialist Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Specialists regarding complex Medicaid policies and health coverage enrollment procedures
• Monitor live chat and call queues to provide immediate assistance to Specialists
• Review Specialist performance and provide coaching to improve accuracy in application data collection and plan selection

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicaid eligibility or similar high-volume public assistance environments
• Proven track record of assisting peers or serving as a "Senior" or "Lead" in a previous professional setting
• Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations and the ability to interpret complex financial documentation
• Advanced proficiency with cloud-based CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain complex policy details clearly to consumers and colleagues
