Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and document customer interactions across multiple communication channels
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers, and AKC resources while resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and communication with team members through chat channels and meet performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
