Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations, utilizing Salesforce and multiple software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in customer service, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
