Job Summary
Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound communications, including calls, emails, and chats, while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while addressing inquiries related to registrations and AKC policies
- Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers, escalate issues as necessary, and maintain communication with team members
- Process transactions and respond to emails with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based applications and screens
- Strong independent critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related departmental functions
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
