Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately in Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software applications effectively to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a pleasant telephone manner
- Capacity to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
