Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications

  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required for effective communication with diverse customers
