Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound communications, including calls, emails, and chats, while providing exceptional customer service related to dog registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and programs
  • Utilize multiple software applications to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required
