Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound communications, including calls, emails, and chats, while providing exceptional customer service related to dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
