Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication via team chat and ensure adherence to attendance and performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
