Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and document customer interactions through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat
  • Educate customers on AKC policies, registrations, and breeder programs while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and interpret data effectively
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
