Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
