Job Summary
Working fully remote in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and programs
- Maintain professional communication via team chat and respond to emails with consistent, accurate information
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
