Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog registrations while providing exceptional customer service and utilizing CRM software.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Possess a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
