Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the part-time Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog registrations and related inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions accurately in Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC policies and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent telephone voice and manner, with a professional attitude
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
