Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats remotely while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and interpret data
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent evaluation
  • Professional demeanor with a pleasant telephone voice and manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
