Job Summary

Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to dog registrations and customer inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure adherence to attendance and performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in customer service, with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Bilingual ability is preferred but not required
