Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and provide information on AKC policies and programs
- Maintain professional communication through various channels and meet established performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
