Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels, documenting interactions accurately using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC resources while promoting services and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and management, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
