Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Respond to emails and maintain communication with the team in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask using multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and evaluating customer needs
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
