Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer interactions, providing assistance with dog registrations and related inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, documenting customer interactions accurately
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with team members
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
