Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer interactions, providing assistance with dog registrations and related inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, documenting customer interactions accurately
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with team members
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
