Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and programs
- Maintain professional communication with team members and meet established performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent research
- Experience in customer service, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
