Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with team members
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple computer applications and managing several browser tabs simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
