Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve issues and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills preferred, with fluency in both languages for effective communication
