Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Maintain communication with team members and management through chat channels, ensuring a professional demeanor
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a customer service environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
