Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing customer support for dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications and document interactions using Salesforce CRM
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to use multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
