Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and adhere to attendance and performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and evaluating customer needs
  • Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related functions is preferred
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
