Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions through various channels, documenting each interaction in Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC programs while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
  • Utilize multiple software applications efficiently to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with team members
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
