Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management through chat channels and ensure confidentiality of records
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Experience in a customer service environment with a pleasant telephone demeanor
- Bilingual skills preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
