Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog registrations and AKC policies while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries across various communication channels while documenting interactions
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources, promoting available programs
  • Utilize multiple software applications effectively to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
