Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC resources while promoting breed clubs
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
  • Experience in customer service with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
