Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Rep will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various web-based tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Maintain professional communication and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
