Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Licensed Contact Center Rep will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing excellent customer service regarding dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC resources and policies
- Utilize multiple software programs effectively while maintaining professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task using various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent evaluation
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
