Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Consumer Eligibility Specialist Supervisor to lead a team of specialists in health insurance enrollment and Medicaid eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide coaching to a team of remote specialists to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor call queues and chat volumes to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct audits of consumer calls to ensure compliance with Medicaid and health insurance policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicaid eligibility or Managed Care Organization environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations and ability to interpret complex financial documentation
• Advanced computer skills and experience managing remote teams via digital collaboration tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory guidelines and develop actionable workflows
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus; experience with Nevada-specific Medicaid protocols is desired
