Job Summary

To support a growing digital legal platform, a Nevada Licensed Family Law Attorney will review prenuptial agreements, provide client counsel, and respond to opposing counsel comments on a remote contract basis for up to 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Review prenups on the digital platform and provide feedback
• Flag important clauses and ensure clients understand the terms
• Respond to comments from opposing counsel regarding agreements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney
• Deep understanding of prenuptial agreements
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in Nevada
• Must carry Professional Liability Insurance
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
