Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Sales Associate II.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on health plan benefits, assist with enrollment, and resolve inquiries
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective members and maintain documentation of communications
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while providing customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of customer service or sales support experience required
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Certification from the Health Insurance Marketplace required for Federally-Facilitated Marketplace states
