Job Summary

Guiding customers through their inquiries, the full-time Nevada Licensed Healthcare Advocate will provide effective solutions, maintain accurate records, and enhance customer experiences while working remotely from their home in Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to products or services
• Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must reside in Nevada and maintain a private work-at-home environment
• Comfortable using company-issued equipment, including a webcam if applicable
• Reliable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
