Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Finding Consultant to assist prospective and current residents in the rental home finding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist potential residents throughout the rental home finding process
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals by effectively following up on leads
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams to enhance the leasing process

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• An active real estate license is preferred
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a service-oriented business
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to align work schedule with business hours, including weekends
