Job Summary
Driving sales success, the full-time Nevada Licensed In-House Sales Manager will generate maximum sales efficiencies, promote the Hilton brand culture, and lead sales teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume
- Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture
- Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line through effective mentoring and modeling of sales practices
Required qualifications
- Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members
- Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
