Key Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or members regarding insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing processes
• Establish rapport and build confidence with external brokers to support Healthcare Insurance
• Provide concierge-level support to brokers as they sell the company's products

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Computer experience required
