Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist/AR Follow Up to manage payer and patient account balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent accounts and perform collection duties
• Review payment postings for accuracy and resolve billing issues
• Contact patients to secure past due balances and update account information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years of combined medical billing and payment experience required
• Knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing required
• Knowledge of state and federal collections guidelines
• Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying the position
