Nevada Licensed Lead Collector

Job Summary

To support a dynamic collections team, the remote Nevada Licensed Lead Collector will assist management in supervising collection activities, maintain acceptable delinquency percentages, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while providing training and support to staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist management in evaluating delinquency percentages for loan portfolios and maintenance fee accounts
• Monitor team performance through audits and KPI reporting, providing feedback as needed
• Lead quality assurance efforts for compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must meet federal and state licensure requirements as a Lead Collector
• Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Solid understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
