Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
• Develop case strategies and manage all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial preparation
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Nevada
• Litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, and commercial disputes
• Proven track record of drafting effective legal documents and successfully arguing motions
