Job Summary
Engaging with clients remotely, the Nevada Licensed Loan Originator will provide expert guidance on loan products and prequalification, manage a pipeline of leads, and make outbound sales calls to generate new business while fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products and prequalification criteria
- Communicate loan progress and collect required documentation from clients
- Monitor and manage a pipeline of leads to meet conversion goals and service expectations
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record
- NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with experience in various loan products
- Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including RESPA and TILA
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to connect and empathize with clients
